Frequently asked questions

Where are my saves stored?

Saves are kept locally on your device using iOS's standard storage. There is no cloud sync in this version. If you delete the app, your save is removed with it.

Does Timberhold need an internet connection?

No. The game is fully playable offline. There are no accounts, no servers, and no online features.

Does the game collect any data about me?

No. Timberhold does not include analytics, ad networks, crash reporting services, or any other third-party data collection. See the privacy page for details.

How do I reset my progress?

Delete the app and reinstall it. There is no in-game reset yet.

My tree won't fall / my log got stuck.

Walk away and come back, or relaunch the app. If it happens repeatedly, please email me with a screenshot — it helps me track down the spot in the world where it happened.

What devices does it support?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. The game scales rendering quality automatically based on your device's GPU.

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
