Privacy Policy

Effective May 11, 2026.

The short version

Timberhold does not collect, transmit, store, share, or sell any personal information. It does not contact any server. Nothing about your gameplay, device, or identity leaves your phone.

What data the app stores

Timberhold writes a single local save file using iOS's standard storage (UserDefaults). It contains your in-game progress only — coins, logs harvested, axe tier, camp structures, contracts. It is associated with this app only and is removed if you delete the app. It is not sent anywhere.

What data the app does not collect

Network usage

The app does not make outbound network requests. It is fully playable in airplane mode.

Children's privacy

Because the app collects no personal information, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design. It is appropriate for all ages.

In-app purchases

If in-app purchases are added in a future version, they will be processed entirely by Apple's App Store. This app would not see your payment details. Any change to data collection will be reflected here and in the App Store privacy nutrition label before it ships.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here and the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will also be disclosed in the App Store version notes.
